Violation of any of the provisions of Chapter 70, “Parking” or Chapter 71, “Traffic Schedules” or any other general traffic rules or regulations within the city that have no specific penalties spelled out in the ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $2,500, plus all related court costs, for each offense, with each day constituting a separate violation.
