§ 33.01 GENERAL ORGANIZATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT.
   The government of the city shall consist of the following:
   (A)   Executive branch (IC 36-4-5).
   (B)   Legislative branch (IC 36-4-6).
   (C)   Fiscal branch (IC 36-4-10).
   (D)   Judicial branch.
   (E)   Statutory boards and commissions.
