A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with the application process described in this chapter, a minimum of 120 days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing wastewater discharge permit. Failure to file the requisite application could cause revocation of the existing permit.
