561.04 DECEPTIVE PUBLICATION.

(a) No person with purpose to deceive, shall make, publish, or cause to be made or published, a report of any transaction in securities, when no such transaction has taken place.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
