553.02 RELEASE OF VIOLATORS; REPEAT OFFENDERS.

Any child found in violation of this chapter shall be released only to his parent, guardian or adult person having the legal care, custody and control of his person, or the juvenile authorities. Any minor in violation who has once before violated this chapter shall be held for the juvenile authorities for proper disposition.
