541.08 DESTROYING OR DAMAGING CURB OR SHUT-OFF BOXES.

(a) No owner or person in possession of land upon which curb boxes and/or water shut- off boxes are located shall destroy, damage or render inaccessible any such curb box or water shut-off box. (Ord. 892. Passed 7-15-63.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
