(a) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than fire equipment, in any place marked as a fire lane.
(b) All such fire lanes shall be designated by the installation of traffic control devices conforming to Ohio R.C. 4511.09.
(c) Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle parked in a fire lane, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle at the owner’s expense.
(d) Council, in accordance with Section 305.03 of the Codified Ordinances shall cause the Traffic Control Map and Traffic Control File to be amended to show the designated fire lanes. (Ord. 1197-80. Passed 4-21-80.)
