(a) No person shall plow any driveway in the Village in a manner resulting in snow being deposited upon any Village street or highway.
(b) No person who removes snow from any driveway or causes the removal of snow from any driveway in a manner resulting in snow being deposited upon any Village street or highway and who is orally advised by the Police Department to clear the street or highway of such snow shall fail to immediately remove or cause the removal of such snow.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
