172.11 PURPOSE OF TAX.

The Administrator is hereby instructed to deposit all moneys received from the admissions tax into an Admissions Tax Fund which is hereby created, to be distributed by appropriation to individual projects and funds as deemed to be in the best interest of the community as determined by Council by ordinance.
