913.14 LANDSCAPING.

When property is annexed to the Village, or when the development of new subdivisions or commercial property occurs, Tree Commission or its assignees shall review landscaping plans and may require appropriate landscape buffers to be planted in areas adjacent the streets, parking lots, and other areas.
