A rotary trust fund account, within the various funds of the Village, known as the "Tree Commission Fund Account" is hereby established which is to be utilized for the receipt of licenses, fees, bond and grant monies, damages, penalties, donations and the like. Disbursement shall be at the discretion of the Commission.
