155.02 VACANCY.

In case of vacancy in the Board of Cemetery Trustees by reason of death, disability or removal from office of a member, the Mayor shall appoint a member to fill such vacancy. Such appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made at the first Council meeting after such vacancy has been brought to the attention of the Mayor and Council.
