351.17 RESTRICTING ON STREET PARKING ON SPRING STREET AND HICKOX STREET.

   (a)   Consistent with Sections 351.03 and 351.04, all vehicles parking on the roadway of Spring Street from the intersection of West Park Street west to the cul de sac at the west end of Spring Street shall parallel park only on the north side of the street unless signs prohibit such parking.

   (b)   Consistent with Sections 351.03 and 351.04, all vehicles parking on the roadway of Hickox Street from the intersection of East Center Street north to the intersection of Cook Street shall parallel park only on the east side of street unless signs prohibit such parking.

   (c)   Any violation of this section shall be subject to the penalty provision set forth in Section 351.99. In addition, any vehicle in violation of this section may be towed by the Village at the owner’s expense. (Ord. 2299-16. Passed 5-23-16.)
