751.06 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE SUPPLIER LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall sell, rent or otherwise provide a computerized sweepstakes device in the Village without first obtaining a computerized sweepstakes supplier license as provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 2230-11. Passed 11-28-11.)
