137.04 HOURS OF POLICE CHIEF.
   (a)    The duty hours of the Chief of Police shall be twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week. The Chief of Police shall be on call at all times.
   (b)    Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) hereof, the Chief of Police shall receive no additional compensation than his current rate of pay as provided by Council.
