CHAPTER 137
Police Department
   EDITOR'S NOTE: No police appointments including the Police Chief shall be made unless such person has, not less than sixty days prior to receiving such appointment, passed a physical examination, given by a licensed physician with the fee therefor paid by Council, showing that he meets the physical requirements necessary to perform the duties of the position to which he is to be appointed. Prior to making the appointment, the Mayor shall file a copy of the report or findings with the Ohio Police and Firemen's Disability and Pension Fund.
