Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Village for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for the structure, equipment, sanitation, maintenance, use or occupancy of premises, dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units or parts thereof, that certain housing code known as the Geauga County Housing Code, as adopted by the Geauga County Commissioners.
