Only arabic numerals, no less than three inches in height shall be used for such required street numbers as called for by the plan. This section shall not prohibit or prevent an owner or occupant from displaying the designated street number in more than one location on the premises, or in another manner, such as script, so long as the basic requirements of this section are met.
