Each residential dwelling within the Village shall be provided with one street number by the Plan. Each business or commercial building within the Village shall be provided by the Plan with one street number for each unit separately occupied within such building which has a separate street entrance. Where separately occupied units within the same building share an entrance to the street by common hall or stairway, a single street number shall be assigned by the Plan to such entrance.
