1341.03 GRANTING CONSTRUCTION AND USE PERMITS.

A permit to construct shall be granted by the Zoning Inspector provided the application meets the requirements as set forth in this chapter as well as any other laws applicable. A use permit shall be granted by the Inspector if the Inspector finds that the conditions of this chapter have been fulfilled.
