The streets over which any building is to be moved must be approved by the Zoning Inspector and the Chief of Police. No structure shall be moved in the Village until the manner in which the moving is to be accomplished, the equipment to be used and the loading wheels, rollers and other equipment that will come in contact with Village pavements have been approved by the Inspector.
