No person shall demolish any building or structure in the Village without first submitting an application for a permit for such purpose to the Building Inspector and in the application stating the following:
(a) The owner of the structure;
(b) The location of structure;
(c) The purpose of demolition;
(d) The person or firm causing the demolition;
(e) The proposed method of demolition;
(f) The length of time proposed for demolition;
(g) The existence of sanitary or storm sewers within the area of demolition; and
(h) An agreement to abide by all safety regulations imposed by the Building Inspector as a condition for granting the permit.
