Pursuant to authority of Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted, for the purposes of establishing rules and regulations governing plumbing fixtures and practice in and for any and all dwellings and buildings in the Village, that certain document known as Chapter 4101:2-1 (Plumbing) of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
