The Regional Dwelling House Code adopted under Section 1303.01 is hereby modified by the following requirements, as adopted by the County Commissioners:
(a) No pole construction building shall be used as a dwelling or attached to a dwelling.
(b) Flexible pipe shall not be used for footer drainage.
(c) At least one smoke detector shall be installed in all new dwelling units, single and multi-family, or when a home is remodeled.
(d) Steel bracing shall be a minimum length of nine feet, solid tee and twenty gauge.
(e) It shall be allowable to use one-half by ten inch anchor bolts with standard washers in lieu of one-half by fifteen inch bolts in single and multi-family dwellings. (Ord. 1167A-79. Passed 5-21-79.)
