951.03 LIMITS.
   (a)   Each service stop for brush chipping shall be limited to a maximum of twenty minutes. Any materials remaining after utilizing said maximum allowable time are the responsibility of the resident who placed such materials at the curb. Said remaining brush must be thereafter completely removed by said resident within forty-eight hours after the service date.
   (b)   No brush will be accepted with string, wire, rope or metal among the brush materials. No stumps will be accepted. In addition, the chipping service may be suspended due to inclement weather conditions and rescheduled for the next working day, weather permitting.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful to pile any brush, branches, trees, stumps and other similar yard items, excluding leaves, at curbside for any reason other than for brush chipping as set forth herein. Brush for chipping, as provided herein, may not be placed at curbside more than seven days before the scheduled service date (or rescheduled service date, if necessary) nor more than forty-eight hours after said service date in the event brush remains after the service stop. Such service dates shall be established annually by Council by motion as set forth hereinabove and shall thereafter be published by the Clerk in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village and shall be maintained on file at the office of the Clerk. Information as to rescheduled service dates shall be available at the office of the Clerk.
