739.06 TERM OF FRANCHISE; REAPPLICATlON.

The franchise granted under this chapter shall be valid for a term of two years only, beginning from the date of Council approval. At the expiration of such two-year term, in order to continue operation, the franchisee must reapply and obtain Council approval pursuant to the terms of this chapter.
