(a) A violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(b) Council, in its discretion, may eliminate from consideration any applicant, for the award of a cable television franchise within the Village because of a violation or violations of the provisions of this chapter by any of its members, agents or representatives.
