Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked at any time, should the person to whom it is issued be found guilty of any fraud, misrepresentation or unlawful act in connection with his business, or otherwise; should he be found to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business; or should he violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
