No person engaged wholly or partly in permitting games of pocket billiards or billiards to be played by the public upon payment of money or other consideration to such person shall conduct or permit such games of pocket billiards or billiards after 10:00 p.m. nor for a period of eight hours thereafter daily.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
