§ 51.021 OBSTRUCTION OF HYDRANT OR FIXTURE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit any dirt, snow, or other foreign material in or in front of any fire hydrant or in or over any valve box or curb stop box, or commit any act tending to obstruct the use thereof, or in any way injure any fixture connected with the system.
