SECTION 7.13.  ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Mayor shall prepare an annual report of the affairs of the city, after the completion of the annual audit.  The report shall include condensed financial statements showing the results of all city operations, including statements for each public utility owned or operated by the city.  Copies of such report shall be made available for public inspection and distribution at the office of the Clerk and by such other method as the Council may determine.
