SECTION 6.2.  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS - APPOINTMENT, EMPLOYEES.
   (a)   The Council shall appoint the City Attorney and City Auditor who shall serve at the pleasure of the Council.
   (b)   All other administrative officers shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor for indefinte terms, except that the Mayor shall reaffirm or appoint those administrative officers and other appointive officers provided in this charter within thirty (30) days from his election, and give Council notice of same.
   (c)   All persons employed by the city who are not elective or administrative officers or members of a board created by this charter, or declared to be administrative officers by or under authority of this charter, shall be deemed to be employees of the city, excepting independent contractors and employees thereof.
