§ 51.141   EMERGENCY REPAIRS; EXPENSE.
   The Department, in case of emergency, may repair any service pipes. Charges for the repairs will be the responsibility of the premises served and will be billed at actual time and material costs, including overhead and equipment rental, plus an administrative fee as established by Council and amended by resolution from time to time.
