§ 51.120   FIRE HYDRANT AVAILABILITY; ASSESSMENT FEE.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      BUILDING.  Any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
      PREMISES.  Any lot or group of lots located and identified as such in any recorded plat and assessed as a single parcel, and any metes and bounds description identified as a separate parcel by the City Assessor for the purposes of ad valorem taxes.
   (B)   (1)   Premises within the city. A fire hydrant assessment for all premises within the city may be established and amended from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
      (2)   Premises outside the city. A fire hydrant assessment for all premises outside of the city where the city does furnish water to the premises and receives a fire hydrant assessment or invoice from another municipality is hereby established.
      (3)   Assessment. The fire hydrant assessment is hereby set in the amount per year as set by the City Council, but may be amended from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
