§ 51.061   TAMPERING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall change, set, or disconnect the meter on any premises served by the system without the permission of the Department.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or firm to tamper with, remove, bypass, or reverse, injure the seal, or otherwise tamper with any metering equipment set by the city.
