Temporary water service may be applied for purposes that, due to their nature, will not be used permanently. The applicant shall be required to pay in advance the estimated cost of providing and discontinuing facilities necessary to provide this water service. The applicant shall also deposit an amount sufficient to cover all water usage for that time or until the applicant establishes credit. The applicant shall pay rates as referred to in § 51.003.
