§ 130.03 BEACH-ROAD AREA.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      BEACH-ROAD AREA. The right-of-way of a public road that ends at Lake Huron from that point west to the right-of way line of the first intersecting roadway. This definition encompasses at least the following:
         (a)   Jeddo Road from Lake Huron to Old Lakeshore Road;
         (b)   Harris Road from Lake Huron to Old Lakeshore Road;
         (c)   Washington Street from Lake Huron to Lakeport Drive; and
         (d)   Metcalf Road from Lake Huron to Wildrose Lane.
   (B)   No person shall, on any beach-road area, as defined herein, do any of the following:
      (1)   Urinate or defecate;
      (2)   Litter;
      (3)   Erect a tent or camp;
      (4)   Possess or control a glass container or receptacle of any kind;
      (5)   Possess or control alcoholic beverages of any kind;
      (6)   Possess or control a firearm of any kind;
      (7)   Possess or control a BB gun or pellet gun;
      (8)   Create any disturbance by loud and boisterous behavior;
      (9)   Cause any object to be thrown or in some manner or by some other means projected onto any adjoining premises; or
      (10)   Park a motor vehicle therein or cause a motor vehicle to stand thereon for a period of time in excess of ten minutes.
