(A) All goods and services which are restricted to persons over the age of 18 years shall be regulated by the township for the preservation of public peace, health, safety and welfare of the youth and people of the township.
(B) Goods and services which are restricted to persons over the age of 18 years shall include, but are not limited to, massage parlors, adult bookstores, adult motion picture theaters, premises for nude entertainment, and nude modeling studios.
