§ 91.13 APPLICABILITY OF THIS CHAPTER.
   (A)   This chapter shall apply only to cemeteries owned, controlled or operated by the township.
   (B)   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to township officials or their agents or designees involved with the upgrading, maintenance, administration or care of a township cemetery.
   (C)   The provisions if this chapter shall not apply to police officers or firefighting officials or officers involved in carrying out their official duties.
