(A) All sales of burial spaces shall be handled by the Township Clerk or a duly authorized member of the township office staff.
(B) The Township Clerk shall be responsible for maintaining records of ownership of all burial spaces sold.
(C) Monument base (foundation) orders and funeral burial space opening notices are to be given to the Township Clerk who will notify the Sexton and/or Township Board approved contractor.
