§ 156.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 156.01 through 156.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail or $1,000 fine, or both.
