§ 156.05 FEES AND SECURITY.
   (A)   The applicant may be charged a reasonable fee, as may be established from time to time by resolution of the Township Board, to cover the costs of review of the application and administration of this subchapter.
   (B)   Applicants seeking to create, construct or extend a private road may be required to post a performance bond, cash, an irrevocable letter of credit or other security, as may be approved by the Township Board.
      (1)   The amount, to be determined by the township engineer or other designated official, will be held as security for completion of the road, the total cost of road improvements, compliance with this subchapter and enforcement costs in the event of a violation.
      (2)   The bond will be discharged upon final approval of the private road, payment of all fees and issuance of the certificate of completion.
