The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to the creation, construction and/or extension of private roads and to the creation of shared driveways and to the issuance of building permits related to parcels served by a private road or shared driveway. However, in a site condominium development, the site condominium section of the zoning ordinance regulates any private road.
