(A) Any of the above enumerated violations is a separate offense, is a nuisance per se immediately enjoinable in the circuit courts, and is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $100, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
(B) It is further provided that any of the above violations is a sufficient basis for revocation of the license and for the immediate enjoining in the circuit court of the assembly.
