For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISTRICT. The District shall be comprised of those parcels of property located on the same street as an existing street light which were created by the Township Board upon the request and petition of the residents located within that District, and as shown on the tax identification numbers attached to Ord. 06-01, passed 2-20-2006, as Exhibit A.
PARCEL. A piece of real property located within the District which is assigned a tax identification number and treated as an individual lot for the purpose of assessing real property taxes, including those identified on Exhibit A to Ord. 06-01, passed 2-20-2006. The term PARCEL shall also included any separately taxed real property which is created by split, land division, condomization of real property or otherwise created from a parcel within the District which exists on the date of the adoption of this chapter.
STREET LIGHT. A free standing pole and light located within the public right-of-way which was installed by and paid for at township expense for the purpose of illuminating a street within the District including all of the foundation and wiring necessary for the operation of the STREET LIGHT.
