(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violation of any provisions of § 33.01 herein adopted shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not in excess of $500, or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days, or both, with the fine and/or imprisonment together with the cost of prosecution, at the discretion of the court. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
