§ 51.07 ESTIMATED CHARGES IN CASE OF METER FAILURE.
   (A)   If any water meter shall fail to register properly, the township shall estimate the consumption on the basis of former consumption and bill accordingly.
   (B)   In the event of meter failure due to freezing or a break, the township shall estimate water consumption based on the time and size of the break at the meter.
