(A) This chapter shall be known and referred to as the “Ordinance to Create a Water Distribution System in the Township of Burtchville”.
(B) From and after the date of adoption of this chapter the township hereby establishes the water distribution system as one system to be known and designed as the “water distribution system” on a public utility rate basis, pursuant to and in accordance with the authorization provided in Act 94 of 2008, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1771 through 125.1794.
