(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 50.01, or any written order of the Township DPW, in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $1,000 for each violation. Each day upon which a violation of the provisions of § 50.01 shall occur shall be deemed a separate and additional violation for the purpose of § 50.01.
