(A) The Fire Chief shall have the right to render formal interpretations of provisions of this subchapter, including what constitutes “extraordinary costs”.
(B) Any like interpretation shall be binding unless the interpretation is overturned or modified by a timely appeal to the Township Board pursuant to § 31.08.
